Suta Goswami
Tattva Level: pasha
Shiva Form: Bhairava
The verse presents Shiva’s sovereign power to remove vighnas (obstacles) in both outer life and inner sādhana, affirming Pati (the Lord) as the one who loosens pasha (bondage) and clears the path toward steadiness and liberation.
It emphasizes Saguna Shiva’s active grace: the Lord is not only the transcendent reality but also the personal protector who intervenes to remove impediments, a central devotional assurance behind Linga worship and daily upāsanā.
The practical takeaway is to seek obstacle-removal through disciplined Shiva-bhakti—steady japa of the Panchakshara (Om Namaḥ Śivāya), purity practices like Tripuṇḍra (bhasma) and Rudrākṣa where traditional, and focused meditation that turns the mind upward to the Lord’s presence.
