Sannyāsa Maṇḍala Vidhi—Procedure for the Renunciate Mandala

ईश्वर उवाच । परीक्ष्य विधिवद्भूमिं गंधवर्णरसादिभिः । मनोभिलषिते तत्र वितानवितताम्बरे

īśvara uvāca | parīkṣya vidhivadbhūmiṃ gaṃdhavarṇarasādibhiḥ | manobhilaṣite tatra vitānavitatāmbare

ایشور نے فرمایا—خوشبو، رنگ، ذائقہ وغیرہ علامات سے قاعدے کے مطابق زمین کی جانچ کرو؛ پھر جو جگہ دل کو پسند آئے اسے اختیار کرو؛ وہاں اوپر تانا ہوا وِتان (چھتری/سایہ بان) ہو، اور اسی کے نیچے رسم و عمل شروع کرو۔
