पञ्च ब्रह्माणि विन्यस्य शिरः पादावसानकम् । मुण्डवत्क्रकलाभेदैः प्रणवस्य कला अपि

pañca brahmāṇi vinyasya śiraḥ pādāvasānakam | muṇḍavatkrakalābhedaiḥ praṇavasya kalā api

سر سے پاؤں تک پانچ برہماؤں کا نیاس کرکے، اور جسم کے جوڑوں اور حصّوں کی مانند پرنَو (اوم) کی کلاؤں کو بھی تقسیم و قائم کرکے، سارے انگوں میں ویاپک اندر یامی شِو کا دھیان کرے۔
