keśaśmaśrunakhāneva karmmāvadhi visṛjya ca | samāṣṭakeśānvidhivatkārayitvā vidhānataḥ

Translation

ورت کی مدت میں بال، داڑھی اور ناخن کاٹنے کا عمل ترک کرے۔ پھر دستور کے مطابق بالوں کو برابر کر کے مناسب طریقے سے سنوار کر تراشے۔
