इति चामन्यत श्रीमानुपपत्त्या महाकपिः।मेने हि गुणतस्तानि समानि सलिलोद्भवैः।।5.9.40।।

mene hi guṇatas tāni samāni salilodbhavaiḥ ||5.9.40||

یوں اس جلیل القدر مہاکپی نے دلیل سے سوچا اور یہ مان لیا کہ اوصاف کے اعتبار سے وہ چہرے واقعی پانی میں کھلنے والے کنولوں کے مانند ہیں۔
