सीतावृत्तान्तनिवेदनम् / Report of Sītā’s Condition and Tokens of Recognition
श्रुत्वा तु वचनं तेषां हनुमान्मारुतात्मजः।प्रणम्य शिरसा देव्यै सीतायै तां दिशं प्रति।।।।उवाच वाक्यं वाक्यज्ञस्सीताया दर्शनं यथा।
śrutvā tu vacanaṃ teṣāṃ hanumān mārutātmajaḥ |
praṇamya śirasā devyai sītāyai tāṃ diśaṃ prati ||
uvāca vākyaṃ vākyajñaḥ sītāyā darśanaṃ yathā |
ان کی بات سن کر، ماروتی نندن ہنومان نے اُس سمت کی طرف—جہاں دیوی سیتا تھیں—سر جھکا کر پرنام کیا؛ پھر کلام دانی کے ساتھ اس طرح بولے کہ میں نے سیتا کے درشن کیسے کیے۔
Hearing of Sita alive and not harmed, Rama asked the vanaras, 'How is Sita? How is she disposed to me? Tell me everything'.
