हनूमद्वृत्तान्तः—वानरबलप्रशंसा च

अहं तु रावणं युद्धे ससैन्यं सपुरस्सरम्।सहपुत्त्रं वधिष्यामि सहोदरयुतं युधि।।।।
ahaṃ tu rāvaṇaṃ yuddhe sa-sainyaṃ sa-puraḥsaram |
sa-puttraṃ vadhiṣyāmi sa-hodara-yutaṃ yudhi ||5.59.9||
میں تو میدانِ جنگ میں راون کو—اس کی ساری فوج، اس کے خادموں، اس کے بیٹوں اور اس کے بھائیوں سمیت—وہیں رزم گاہ میں وध کر دوں گا۔
