सुन्दरकाण्डे अष्टपञ्चाशः सर्गः
हनुमद्वृत्तान्तकथनम्, सीताभिज्ञान-प्रदानम्, लङ्कादाह-वर्णनम्
तस्याश्चास्यं महद्भीमं वर्धते मम भक्षणे।न च मां साधु बुबुधे मम वा विकृतं कृतम्।।।।
tasyāś cāsyaṃ mahad bhīmaṃ vardhate mama bhakṣaṇe | na ca māṃ sādhu bubudhe mama vā vikṛtaṃ kṛtam ||
میرے نگلنے کے لیے اس کا بڑا اور ہولناک منہ پھیلتا ہی چلا گیا؛ مگر وہ ٹھیک سے نہ سمجھ سکی کہ میں نے اپنی ہی مرضی سے پہلے ہی ایک ہیبت ناک صورت اختیار کر لی تھی۔
