Envoy-Immunity and Royal Counsel in Ravana’s Court
तं रक्षोधिपतिं क्रुद्धं तच्च कार्यमुपस्थितम्।विदित्वा चिन्तयामास कार्यं कार्यविधौ स्थितः।।।।
taṃ rakṣodhipatiṃ kruddhaṃ tacca kāryam upasthitam |
viditvā cintayāmāsa kāryaṃ kāryavidhau sthitaḥ ||
راکشسوں کے سردار کو غضب ناک اور سامنے موجود اس نازک معاملے کو دیکھ کر، وبھیषण—جو درست طریقِ کار کی پہچان میں ثابت قدم تھا—اس بات پر غور کرنے لگا کہ کون سا اقدام کیا جائے۔
