सीताप्रत्यय-प्रदानम्
Sita’s Recognition and Reassurance by the Envoy
नित्यं ध्यानपरो रामो नित्यं शोकपरायणः।नान्यच्चिन्तयते किञ्चित्स तु कामवशं गतः।।।।
nityaṃ dhyānaparo rāmo nityaṃ śokaparāyaṇaḥ | nānyac cintayate kiñcit sa tu kāmavaśaṃ gataḥ ||
رام سدا دھیان میں ڈوبا رہتا ہے اور سدا غم میں منہمک؛ وہ کسی اور بات کا ذرّہ بھر بھی خیال نہیں کرتا—یوں عشق نے اسے پوری طرح اپنے قبضے میں لے لیا ہے۔
"Rama is always lost in thought. He is totally given to grief. Absorbed in love for you, he thinks of none else৷৷
