Sita’s Lament and Prophecy of Lanka’s Ruin

साहं त्यक्ता प्रियार्हेण रामेण विदितात्मना।।।।प्राणांस्त्यक्ष्यामि पापस्य रावणस्य गता वशम्।

sāhaṃ tyaktā priyārheṇa rāmeṇa viditātmanā | prāṇāṃs tyakṣyāmi pāpasya rāvaṇasya gatā vaśam ||

وہ رام، جو آتما-گیان میں دانا اور ہر محبوب شے کے لائق ہیں، اُن سے جدا ہو کر میں—گناہگار راون کے قبضے میں پڑی ہوئی—اب اپنے پران ترک کر دوں گی۔
