Sita’s Lament and Prophecy of Lanka’s Ruin
इहस्थां मां न जानीते शङ्के लक्ष्मणपूर्वजः।जानन्नपि हि तेजस्वी धर्षणं मर्षयिष्यति।।।।
ihasthāṃ māṃ na jānīte śaṅke lakṣmaṇapūrvajaḥ | jānann api hi tejasvī dharṣaṇaṃ marṣayiṣyati ||
مجھے گمان ہے کہ لکشمن کے بڑے بھائی (رام) کو معلوم نہیں کہ میں یہاں ہوں؛ ورنہ وہ نورانی و جلیل، جانتے ہوئے بھی اس بےحرمتی کو برداشت کر رہے ہوں گے۔
"The elder brother of Lakshamana does not know that I am here. Or, I'm afraid, the glorious Rama knows and yet tolerates such an outrageous act.
