रावणस्य तर्जनं सीताया धर्मोक्तिः

Ravana’s Threats and Sita’s Dharma-Centered Reply

एवमुक्त्वा तु वैदेहीं रावणो राक्षसाधिपः।क्रोधसंरम्भसंयुक्तः सीतामुत्तरमब्रवीत्।।।।

evam uktvā tu vaidehīṃ rāvaṇo rākṣasādhipaḥ | krodhasaṃrambhasaṃyuktaḥ sītām uttaram abravīt ||

یوں کہہ کر، ویدیہی سے راؤن—راکششوں کا ادھیپتی—غصّے اور ہیجان سے بھر کر، سیتا سے پھر جواباً مخاطب ہوا۔
