Sītā’s Distress and Rāvaṇa’s Attempt at Coercive Allurement

The ten-necked Ravana, too, on his part saw Sita, tormented with grief, guarded by the she-demons like a boat sunk in the sea.
Dharma here is unwavering fidelity to truth (satya) and rightful relationship, maintained even when sorrow appears endless.
The narration dwells on Sītā’s isolation and grief in Laṅkā as Rāvaṇa’s pressure looms.
Pativratā-dharma / ananyatā (exclusive faithfulness) toward Rāma.
