समुद्रलङ्घनारम्भः
Commencement of the Ocean-Crossing
एवमुक्तः कपिश्रेष्ठस्तं नगोत्तममब्रवीत्।प्रीतोऽस्मि कृतमातिथ्यं मन्युरेषोऽपनीयताम्।।।।
evam uktaḥ kapiśreṣṭhas taṃ nagottamam abravīt |
prīto ’smi kṛtam ātithyaṃ manyur eṣo ’panīyatām ||
یوں مخاطب کیے جانے پر کپیوں کے سردار نے اس بہترین پہاڑ سے کہا: “میں خوش ہوں؛ تمہاری مہمان نوازی ادا ہو چکی—اب یہ رنج و اضطراب دور کر دیا جائے۔”
