न कर्ता कस्यचित्कश्चिन्नियोगे चापिनेश्वरः।स्वभावे वर्तते लोकस्तस्य कालः परायणम्4.25.5।।
na kartā kasyacit kaścin niyoge cāpi neśvaraḥ |
svabhāve vartate lokas tasya kālaḥ parāyaṇam || 4.25.5 ||
کوئی کسی کے عمل کا حقیقی کرنے والا نہیں، اور نہ ہی کوئی حاکمِ مطلق اس معنی میں کہ سب کو جبرًا حکم دے؛ یہ جگت اپنی ہی فطرت کے مطابق چلتی ہے، اور اس کا آخری سہارا ‘کال’ (وقت) ہے۔
