विश्वामित्रे गते राजा वैदेहं मिथिलाधिपम् ।आपृष्ट्वाऽथ जगामाशु राजा दशरथ: पुरीम्।।।।

وشوامتر کے روانہ ہو جانے کے بعد، راجا دشرتھ نے—جو اپنی رعایا کے لیے مسرت کا سبب تھا—ویدیہ جنک، متھلا کے ادھیپتی، سے رخصت لی اور تیزی سے اپنی نگری ایودھیا کی طرف روانہ ہوا۔
