एकोनषष्ठितमः सर्गः (Sarga 59): सुमन्त्रवाक्यं, अयोध्याविषादः, दाशरथिशोकसागरः
जटाः कृत्वा महाराज चीरवल्कलधारिणौ।गङ्गामुत्तीर्य तौ वीरौ प्रयागाभिमुखौ गतौ।।2.59.3।।
jaṭāḥ kṛtvā mahārāja cīravalkaladhāriṇau | gaṅgām uttīrya tau vīrau prayāgābhimukhau gatau || 2.59.3 ||
اے مہاراج! وہ دونوں ویر، جٹائیں باندھے اور چیر وَلکل (چھال کے) لباس پہنے، گنگا کو پار کر کے پریاگ کی سمت روانہ ہوئے۔
O King! the heroes in bark robes and with matted hair crossed the Ganga and proceeded towards Prayaga.
