Departure from Ayodhya; Civic Lament and the Chariot’s Urgency
लक्ष्मणं त्वेवमुक्त्वा सा संसिद्धं प्रियराघवम्।सुमित्रा गच्छ गच्छेति पुनः पुनरुवाच तम्।।।।
lakṣmaṇaṁ tv evam uktvā sā saṁsiddhaṁ priyarāghavam |
sumitrā gaccha gaccheti punaḥ punar uvāca tam ||
یوں لکشمن سے یہ کہہ کر، سُمِترا نے اپنے پیارے راگھو—جو اب پوری طرح تیار تھا—سے بار بار کہا: “جاؤ، جاؤ۔”
Having said this to Lakshmana Sumitra again and again said to her beloved Rama, who was fully prepared, 'Go, go'.
