कबन्धमोक्षः—सुग्रीवमैत्र्युपदेशः
Kabandha’s Release and Counsel to Befriend Sugriva
श्रूयतां राम वक्ष्यामि सुग्रीवो नाम वानरः।भ्रात्रा निरस्तः क्रुद्धेन वालिना शक्रसूनुना।।।।
śrūyatāṃ rāma vakṣyāmi sugrīvo nāma vānaraḥ | bhrātrā nirastaḥ kruddhena vālinā śakrasūnunā ||
اے رام! سنو، میں تمہیں بتاتا ہوں: ایک وانر ہے جس کا نام سُگریو ہے، جسے اس کے اپنے بھائی والی نے—جو شکر (اندرا) کا پتر ہے—غصّے میں آ کر جلاوطن کر دیا۔
O Rama, listen. I shall tell you. A monkey named Sugriva has been banished from the kingdom in a fit of anger by his brother Vali, the son of Indra.
