Transliteration

vākyam apratikūlaṃ tu mṛdupūrvaṃ hitaṃ śubham |

upacāreṇa yuktaṃ ca vaktavyo vasudhādhipaḥ ||

Translation

فرمانروائے زمین سے ایسے کلمات میں خطاب کرنا چاہیے جو مخالفانہ نہ ہوں—نرمی سے، اس کی بھلائی اور مبارک خیرخواہی کے لیے—اور آدابِ خدمت کے ساتھ موزوں انداز میں۔
