शमीवृक्षस्थायुधप्रकाशनम् / Revelation and Identification of the Weapons on the Śamī Tree
ततस्तांश्वोदयामास सदश्वान् पाण्डुनन्दन: । ते हया नरसिंहेन नोदिता वातरंहस: । आलिखन्त इवाकाशमूहु: काज्चनमालिन:,तब पाण्डुनन्दन अर्जुनने उत्तरके उत्तम जातिके घोड़ोंको हाँका और उनकी बाग ढीली कर दी। नरश्रेष्ठ अर्जुनके हाँकनेपर सोनेकी माला पहने हुए वे घोड़े हवाके समान वेगसे चलने लगे, मानो आकाशगमें अपनी टाप अड़ाते हुए रथ लिये उड़े जा रहे हों
tatas tān śvodayāmāsa sadaśvān pāṇḍunandanaḥ | te hayā narasiṃhena noditā vātarāṃhasaḥ | ālikhanta ivākāśam ūhuḥ kāñcanamālinaḥ ||
تب پاندو نندن ارجن نے اُتّر کے اعلیٰ نسل کے گھوڑوں کو للکار کر دوڑایا اور لگام ڈھیلی کر دی۔ نرشیردل ارجن کے ہانکنے پر سونے کی مالائیں پہنے وہ گھوڑے ہوا کی سی تیزی سے لپکے—گویا اپنے کھُروں سے آسمان کو کُریدتے ہوئے رتھ کو لیے اُڑے جا رہے ہوں۔
