Virāṭa-parva Adhyāya 22 — Draupadī’s Abduction Attempt and Bhīma’s Suppression of the Kīcakas

उवाच च महातेजा द्रौपदीं योषितां वराम्‌ । पश्यैनमेहि पाञज्चालि कामुको5यं यथा कृत:,उस समय महातेजस्वी भीमने युवतियोंमें श्रेष्ठ द्रोपीसे कहा--'पांचाली! यहाँ आओ और इसे देखो। इस कामीकी शक्ल कैसी बना दी है!”

uvāca ca mahātejā draupadīṁ yoṣitāṁ varām | paśyainam ehi pāñcāli kāmuko 'yaṁ yathā kṛtaḥ ||

ویشَمپاین نے کہا—تب عظیم جلال والے بھیم نے عورتوں میں برتر دروپدی سے کہا—“آؤ، پانچالی، اسے دیکھو؛ دیکھو کہ شہوت میں اندھا یہ آدمی کس حال کو پہنچا دیا گیا ہے۔”
