युधिष्ठिरस्य अर्जुनप्रेषण-युक्तिवर्णनम् | Yudhiṣṭhira’s Rationale for Sending Arjuna and Request to Dhaumya
उपस्पृश्य च वै विद्यां यत्र तत्रोपपद्यते । महाश्रमे वसेद् रात्रिं सर्वपापप्रमोचने
upaspṛśya ca vai vidyāṃ yatra tatrōpapadyate | mahāśrame vased rātriṃ sarvapāpapramocane ||
وہاں آبِ تطہیر کو چھو کر (آچمن/غسل کر کے) اور ودیا کا سہارا لے کر انسان جہاں کہیں بھی ہو، علم کے لائق ہو جاتا ہے۔ اور جو ‘مہاشرم’ میں—جو تمام گناہوں سے چھڑانے والا کہا گیا ہے—ایک رات قیام کرے، اسے پاکیزگی نصیب ہوتی ہے۔
