युधिष्ठिरस्य अर्जुनप्रेषण-युक्तिवर्णनम् | Yudhiṣṭhira’s Rationale for Sending Arjuna and Request to Dhaumya
पुण्डरीकमवाप्नोति कुलं चैव समुद्धरेत् । उष्यैकां रजनीं तत्र गोसहस्रफलं लभेत्
puṇḍarīkam avāpnoti kulaṃ caiva samuddharet | uṣy ekāṃ rajanīṃ tatra go-sahasra-phalaṃ labhet ||
ایسا کرنے والا پُنڈریک یَجْن کا پھل پاتا ہے اور اپنے کُل کا بھی اُدھّار کر دیتا ہے۔ نیز وہاں ایک رات قیام کرنے سے ہزار گائے دان کے برابر ثواب ملتا ہے۔
