बलात् तोयं जिहीर्षन्तस्ततो वै मृदिता मया | न पेयमुदकं राजन् प्राणानिह परीप्सता
yakṣa uvāca | balāt toyaṃ jihīrṣantas tato vai mṛditā mayā | na peyam udakaṃ rājan prāṇān iha parīpsatā |
یَکشا نے کہا—“وہ زور سے پانی لے جانا چاہتے تھے، اسی لیے میں نے انہیں گرا دیا۔ اے راجن! اگر یہاں جان بچانی ہے تو یہ پانی نہ پینا۔ اے کُنتی کے بیٹے! پہلے میرے سوالوں کے جواب دو؛ پھر پانی پیو اور لے بھی جاؤ۔”
