आरण्यकपर्वणि अध्यायः २१६ — इन्द्र-स्कन्द-संमुखता वज्रप्रहारश्च

सर्वमेतदपार्थ ते क्षिप्रं तौ सम्प्रसादय । श्रद्दधस्व मम ब्रह्मन् नान्यथा कर्तुमहसि । गम्यतामग्य विप्रषषे श्रेयस्ते कथयाम्यहम्
sarvam etad apārtha te kṣipraṁ tau samprasādaya | śraddadhāsvā mama brahman nānyathā kartum arhasi | gamyatām agya viprarṣe śreyas te kathayāmy aham |
شکاری نے کہا: “یہ سب کچھ تمہارے لیے بے فائدہ ہو گیا ہے، کیونکہ تم نے ماں باپ کو راضی نہیں کیا۔ فوراً جا کر اُن دونوں کی پوری رضا حاصل کرو۔ اے برہمن! میری بات پر یقین رکھو؛ اس کے خلاف کرنا تمہیں زیب نہیں دیتا۔ اے برہمرشی! آج ہی گھر جاؤ اور والدین کی خدمت کرو—میں تمہارے لیے یہی اعلیٰ ترین بھلائی بتاتا ہوں۔”
