या मे प्रीति: पाण्डवेषु भूय: सा त्वयि माधव । प्रेमणा च बहुमानाच्च सौहृदाच्च ब्रवीम्यहम्
yā me prītiḥ pāṇḍaveṣu bhūyaḥ sā tvayi mādhava | premaṇā ca bahumānāc ca sauhṛdāc ca bravīmy aham ||
وَیشَمپایَن نے کہا— اے مَادھَو! پاندَووں کے لیے جو محبت میرے دل میں ہے—بلکہ اس سے بھی بڑھ کر—وہی محبت تمہارے لیے بھی ہے۔ میں یہ بات محبت، گہرے احترام اور خلوصِ دوستی سے کہہ رہا ہوں۔
