एतामवस्थां प्राप्यैके मरणं वव्रिरे जना: । ग्रामायैके वनायैके नाशायैके प्रवव्रजु:
etām avasthāṁ prāpyaike maraṇaṁ vavrirē janāḥ | grāmāyaike vanāyaike nāśāyaike pravavrajuḥ ||
ایسی مفلسی کی حالت پا کر بہت سے لوگوں نے موت کو اختیار کیا ہے۔ کچھ اپنے گاؤں کو چھوڑ کر دوسرے گاؤں جا بسے؛ کچھ جنگل کی راہ لے گئے؛ اور کچھ اپنی ہلاکت کی جستجو میں گھر سے نکل پڑے—گویا جان دینے ہی جا رہے ہوں۔
