भीमसेनानुरोधाय हनूमान्‌ मारुतात्मज: । आत्मप्रतिकृतिं तस्मिन्‌ ध्वज आरोपयिष्यति,भीमसेनके अनुरोधकी रक्षाके लिये पवननन्दन हनुमानजी उस ध्वजमें युद्धके समय अपने स्वरूपको स्थापित करेंगे

Transliteration

sañjaya uvāca |

bhīmasenānurodhāya hanūmān mārutātmajaḥ |

ātmapratikṛtiṁ tasmin dhvaja āropayiṣyati ||

Translation

سنجے نے کہا— بھیم سین کی درخواست کی تعظیم اور اس کی حفاظت کے لیے پون پتر ہنومان جنگ کے وقت اُس علم پر سوار ہو کر وہیں اپنے ہی روپ کی ایک جھلک/تمثال قائم کریں گے۔
