युक्तो दुःखोषितश्चाहं विद्यापारगतस्तथा । तस्मान्न भीमान्नान्येभ्यो भयं मे विद्यते क्वचित्,गदायुद्धका मेरा अभ्यास बहुत अच्छा है। मैंने गुरुके समीप क्लेशसहनपूर्वक रहकर अस्त्रविद्या सीखी है और उसमें मैं पारंगत हो गया हूँ। अत: भीमसेनसे या दूसरे योद्धाओंसे मुझे कभी कोई भय नहीं है
yukto duḥkhoṣitaś cāhaṃ vidyāpāragatas tathā | tasmān na bhīmān nānyebhyo bhayaṃ me vidyate kvacit ||
گدا یُدھ میں میرا अभ्यास نہایت عمدہ ہے۔ میں نے گرو کے پاس رہ کر مشقتیں سہیں، اسلحہ کی ودیا سیکھی اور اس میں مہارت پائی؛ اس لیے نہ بھیم سین سے اور نہ کسی دوسرے یودھا سے مجھے کبھی کوئی خوف ہے۔
