Sanatsujāta on Vedic Learning, Truth (Satya), and the Discipline of Dama–Tyāga–Apramāda
एवं वसन् सर्वतो वर्धतीह बहून् पुत्रॉल्लभते च प्रतिष्ठाम् । वर्षन्ति चास्मै प्रदिशो दिशश्न वसन्त्यस्मिन् ब्रह्मचर्ये जनाश्न
evaṁ vasan sarvato vardhatīha bahūn putrān labhate ca pratiṣṭhām | varṣanti cāsmai pradiśo diśaś ca vasanty asmin brahmacarye janāḥ ||
اس طرح استاد کے گھر میں ضبطِ نفس اور منضبط سلوک کے ساتھ رہنے والا شاگرد اس دنیا میں ہر پہلو سے ترقی پاتا ہے۔ پھر جب وہ گِرہستھ آشرم میں داخل ہوتا ہے تو بہت سے بیٹے اور سماجی وقار حاصل کرتا ہے۔ سمتیں اور ذیلی سمتیں گویا اس پر برکتوں کی بارش کرتی ہیں، اور برہماچریہ کی پابندی کے لیے بہت سے لوگ اس کے قریب آ کر بسنے لگتے ہیں۔
