सहायबन्धना हार्था: सहायाश्चार्थबन्धना: । अन्योन्यबन्धनावेतौ विनान्योन्यं न सिद्धयत:,धनकी प्राप्ति सहायककी अपेक्षा रखती है और सहायक धनकी अपेक्षा रखते हैं; ये दोनों एक-दूसरेके आश्रित हैं, परस्परके सहयोग बिना इनकी सिद्धि नहीं होती
sahāyabandhanā hārthāḥ sahāyāś cārthabandhanāḥ | anyonyabandhanāv etau vinānyonyaṃ na sidhyataḥ ||
دولت کا حاصل ہونا اور قائم رہنا اہلِ معاونین کے ربط و بندھن سے ہے، اور معاونین بھی اپنے سہارے اور کارگزاری کے لیے دولت کے محتاج ہوتے ہیں۔ یہ دونوں—وسائل اور مدد—ایک دوسرے پر منحصر ہیں؛ باہمی تعاون کے بغیر نہ یہ کامیاب ہوتے ہیں نہ وہ۔
