आज म्मु: पृथिवीपाला: कम्पयन्त इवाचलान् । जयद्रथ आदि अन्य राजा, जो सिन्धु और सौवीरदेशके निवासी थे, पर्वतोंको कँपाते हुए-से दुर्योधनके पास आये
Vaiśaṃpāyana uvāca: ājagmuḥ pṛthivīpālāḥ kampayanta ivācalān | Jayadrathādayo 'nye rājānaḥ Sindhu-Sauvīradeśa-nivāsinaḥ parvatān kampayanta iva Duryodhanam upāgaman |
وَیشَمپایَن نے کہا— زمین کے نگہبان وہ بادشاہ یوں آئے گویا پہاڑوں کو بھی لرزا رہے ہوں۔ سندھ اور سَووِیر کے باشندہ جَیَدرتھ وغیرہ اسی شان و شوکت اور زور کے ساتھ دوریودھن کے پاس پہنچے۔
