एवं ब्रुवाणो गान्धारे रामो मां सत्यविक्रम: । शरब्रातेन महता सर्वतः प्रत्यवारयत्,गान्धारीनन्दन! ऐसा कहते हुए सत्यपराक्रमी परशुरामजीने मुझे सब ओरसे अपने बाणोंके महान् समुदायद्वारा आवृत कर लिया
evaṁ bruvāṇo gāndhāre rāmo māṁ satyavikramaḥ | śaravrātena mahatā sarvataḥ pratyavārayat ||
اے گاندھاری نندن! یوں کہتے ہوئے سچّے پرَاکرم والے رام (پرشورام) نے تیروں کے عظیم جُھنڈ سے مجھے ہر طرف سے گھیر لیا۔
