अत-४-छका+ द्विसप्तत्याधेकशततमो< ध्याय: भीष्मका पाण्डवपक्षके अतिरथी वीरोंका वर्णन करते हुए शिखण्डी और पाण्डवोंका वध न करनेका कथन भीष्म उवाच रोचमानो महाराज पाण्डवानां महारथ: । योत्स्यते5मरवत् संख्ये परसैन्येषु भारत,भीष्मजी कहते हैं--महाराज! भारत! पाण्डवपक्षमें राजा रोचमान महारथी हैं। वे युद्धमें शत्रुसेनाके साथ देवताओंके समान पराक्रम दिखाते हुए युद्ध करेंगे
Bhīṣma uvāca | Rocamāno mahārāja pāṇḍavānāṁ mahārathaḥ | yotsyate ’maravat saṅkhye parasainyeṣu Bhārata ||
بھیشم نے کہا—اے مہاراج، اے بھارت! پانڈوؤں کی طرف سے روچمان نامی راجا ایک مہارَتھی ہے۔ وہ جنگ میں دشمن کی فوجوں کے بیچ دیوتاؤں کی مانند شجاعت دکھا کر لڑے گا۔
