Ulūka’s Provocation and Keśava’s Counter-Message (उलूकदूत्ये केशवप्रत्युत्तरम्)

अन्यथा किल ते वाक्यमन्यथा कर्म दृश्यते । दम्भनार्थाय लोकस्य वेदाश्लोपशमश्न ते,“तुम्हारी बातें तो कुछ और हैं; परंतु कर्म कुछ और ही ढंगका दिखायी देता है। तुम्हारा वेदाध्ययन और शान्त स्वभाव लोगोंको दिखानेके लिये पाखण्डमात्र है

anyathā kila te vākyam anyathā karma dṛśyate | dambhanārthāya lokasya vedāślopśamam aśnute ||

سنجے نے کہا— “تمہاری باتیں کچھ اور ہیں، مگر تمہارا عمل کچھ اور ہی دکھائی دیتا ہے۔ لوگوں کو دھوکا دینے اور متاثر کرنے کے لیے تمہارا ویدوں کا مطالعہ اور سکون کا اظہار—یہ سب محض ریاکاری ہے۔”
