सहस्रपादं प्रासादं स्वप्रान्ते सम युधिष्ठिर: । अधिरोहन् मया दृष्ट: सह भ्रातृभिरच्युत,“अच्युत! मैंने स्वप्रके अन्तिम भागमें युधिष्ठिरकों एक हजार खंभोंवाले महलपर भाइयोंसहित चढ़ते देखा है
sahasrapādaṁ prāsādaṁ svaprānte sama yudhiṣṭhiraḥ | adhirohan mayā dṛṣṭaḥ saha bhrātṛbhir acyuta ||
سنجے نے کہا— اے اچیوت! میں نے خواب کے آخری حصے میں یُدھشٹھِر کو اپنے بھائیوں کے ساتھ، اپنے ہی احاطے کے دور دراز کنارے پر واقع ہزار ستونوں والے محل پر چڑھتے دیکھا۔
संजय उवाच
The verse models responsible narration and ethical seriousness: Sañjaya reports what he has directly witnessed, emphasizing clarity and accountability in speech at a time when decisions about peace and war carry heavy dharmic consequences.
Sañjaya tells Kṛṣṇa (Acyuta) that he saw Yudhiṣṭhira, accompanied by his brothers, climbing up to a grand thousand-pillared palace located at the far end of their own precinct—an image suggesting a purposeful movement toward counsel, deliberation, or a significant meeting.
