Educational Q&A

Instruction must culminate in action: after receiving examples, strategies, and repeated guidance about worldly realities, one should undertake courageous, responsible effort (pauruṣa) rather than remain passive.

A parent/elder (the speaker) addresses her son, reminding him that she has already offered many illustrations, practical counsels, and motivating words; now she urges him to act with valor so she may witness his prowess.
