अभिवाद्य नमस्कृत्य मातामहमथाब्रुवन्‌ । उच्चैरनुपमै: स्निग्धैः स्वरैरापूर्य मेदिनीम्‌

Transliteration

abhivādya namaskṛtya mātāmaham athābruvan | uccair anupamaiḥ snigdhaiḥ svarair āpūrya medinīm ||

Translation

ماتامہ کو آداب و سلام کر کے، پھر انہوں نے کہا—بلند، بے مثال اور محبت بھرے لہجوں میں، گویا ساری زمین گونج اٹھی۔
