अहमप्येकमेवास्यां जनयिष्यामि गालव । पुत्रं द्विज गतं मार्ग गमिष्यामि परैरहम्,“अतः ब्रह्मर्षि गालव! मैं भी इस कन्याके गर्भसे एक ही पुत्र उत्पन्न करूँगा। दूसरे लोग जिस मार्गपर चले हैं, उसीपर मैं भी चलूँगा
aham apy ekam evāsyāṁ janayiṣyāmi gālava | putraṁ dvija gataṁ mārgaṁ gamiṣyāmi parair aham ||
نارد نے کہا—اے برہمرشی گالَو! میں بھی اس کنیا کے رحم سے صرف ایک ہی بیٹا پیدا کروں گا۔ اے برہمن! جس راہ پر دوسرے چل چکے ہیں، میں بھی اسی راہ پر چلوں گا۔
