तदर्धेनापि दातव्या दरिद्रेणापि पार्थिव
tadardhenāpi dātavyā daridreṇāpi pārthiva | pṛthvīnātha! yadi śrotā daridro bhavet tadā tasmai’pi ardhadakṣiṇayā saha godānaṃ niyataṃ kartavyam | pratyekaṃ parvasamāptau vidvān puruṣaḥ suvarṇasahitaṃ pustakaṃ vācakāya samarpayet ||
وَیشَمپایَن نے کہا— اے پارتھیو، اے زمین کے مالک! فقیر آدمی کو بھی عطیہ ضرور کرنا چاہیے، چاہے وہ رائج فیس کی آدھی ہی کیوں نہ ہو۔ اگر سننے والا غریب ہو تب بھی آدھی دَکشِنا کے ساتھ گائے کا دان (گودان) لازماً کرے۔ اور ہر پَرو کے اختتام پر عالم شخص کتاب کو سونے کے ساتھ قاری/پڑھنے والے کے سپرد کرے۔
