वैशम्पायन उवाच
A ruler’s dharma includes completing sacred duties by giving proper dakṣiṇā and respectful honor to the officiating Brahmins; generosity and reverence ensure the rite concludes ethically and maintains social harmony.
After the ritual context, the king gratifies all the assembled Brahmins with sufficient dakṣiṇā; having been honored, they depart and return home as they had come.
