हतो5पि लभते स्वर्ग हत्वा च लभते यश: । उभयं नो बहुगुणं नास्ति निष्फलता रणे

Translation

رن میں جو مارا جائے وہ سُوَرگ پاتا ہے، اور جو دشمن کو مارے وہ یَش (نام و نمود) پاتا ہے۔ دونوں ہی ہمارے لیے بڑا فائدہ ہیں؛ جنگ میں ناکامی و بےثمری نہیں۔
