अन्निहोत्राग्निशेषं च हविभोजनमेव च । आजहार दिवोदासस्ततो विप्रकृतो&भवत्
Transliteration
annihotrāgniśeṣaṃ ca havibhojanam eva ca | ājahāra divodāsas tato viprakṛto 'bhavat ||
Translation
بھیشم نے کہا—دیوداس نے اگنی ہوترا کی آگ کا بچا ہوا حصہ اور ہَوی کے لیے مقررہ کھانا بھی اپنے لیے لے لیا؛ اسی سبب وہ برہمنوں کے حق میں زیادتی کرنے والا (وِپرکرت) سمجھا گیا۔
