आयुधानां च सर्वेषां शक्‍्त्यूष्टिप्रासवर्मणाम्‌ । संचयानेवमादीनां कारयीत नराधिप:

Transliteration

āyudhānāṁ ca sarveṣāṁ śakty-ṛṣṭi-prāsa-varmaṇām | saṁcayān evam-ādīnāṁ kārayīta narādhipaḥ ||

Translation

بھیشم نے کہا—اسی طرح بادشاہ کو چاہیے کہ شکتی، رِشٹی اور پراس وغیرہ ہر قسم کے ہتھیاروں، زرہوں اور اسی نوع کی دوسری ضروری فوجی رسد کا ذخیرہ تیار کر کے برقرار رکھے۔
