राजधर्मप्रश्नः — Yudhiṣṭhira’s Inquiry into Rājadharma (Śānti-parva 56)
तत्र चेत् सम्प्रमुह्देत धर्मे राजर्षिसेविते । लोकस्य संस्था न भवेत् सर्व च व्याकुलीभवेत्,प्राचीन राजर्षियोंद्वारा सेवित उस राजधर्ममें यदि राजा मोहवश प्रमाद कर बैठे तो संसारकी व्यवस्था ही बिगड़ जाय और सब लोग दुखी हो जायेँ
tatra cet sampramuhyeta dharme rājarṣi-sevite | lokasya saṃsthā na bhavet sarvaṃ ca vyākulībhavet ||
قدیم راج رِشیوں کے برتے ہوئے اس راج دھرم میں اگر بادشاہ فریبِ وہم میں پڑ کر غفلت و کوتاہی کرے، تو دنیا کا نظام قائم نہ رہے اور ہر طرف اضطراب و انتشار پھیل جائے۔
