अध्याय ३५१ — उञ्छवृत्ति-व्रतसिद्धेः मानुषस्य परमगतिः

शुभाशुभं कर्म समीरितं यत्‌ प्रवर्ततेि सर्वलोकेषु किज्चित्‌ । तस्मादृषेस्तद्धवतीति विद्याद्‌ दिव्यन्तरिक्षे भुवि चाप्सु चेति,स्वर्ग, अन्तरिक्ष, भूतल और जल--इन सभी स्थानोंमें और सम्पूर्ण लोकोंमें जो कुछ भी शुभाशुभ कर्म होता बताया गया है, वह सब नारायणकी सत्तासे ही हो रहा है--ऐसा जानना चाहिये

śubhāśubhaṃ karma samīritaṃ yat pravartate sarvalokeṣu kiñcit | tasmād ṛṣes tad dhavatīti vidyād divyantarikṣe bhuvi cāpsu ceti ||

وَیشَمپایَن نے کہا—تمام جہانوں میں کہیں بھی جو نیک یا بد عمل واقع ہوتا ہے، اس کے بارے میں یہ جاننا چاہیے کہ وہ اسی برتر حقیقت (نارائن) کی قائم رکھنے والی موجودگی سے جاری ہوتا ہے؛ خواہ وہ سُوَرگ میں ہو، فضا کے بیچ میں، زمین پر یا پانیوں میں بھی۔
