अध्याय ३५१ — उञ्छवृत्ति-व्रतसिद्धेः मानुषस्य परमगतिः

तमेव शास्त्रकर्तार: प्रवदन्ति मनीषिण: । निष्ठां नारायणमृषिं नान्यो5स्तीति वचो मम,शास्त्रके रचयिता ज्ञानीजन उन नारायण ऋषिको ही समस्त शास्त्रोंका परम लक्ष्य बताते हैं; दूसरा कोई उनके समान नहीं है--यह मेरा कथन है

tam eva śāstrakartāraḥ pravadanti manīṣiṇaḥ | niṣṭhāṃ nārāyaṇam ṛṣiṃ nānyo 'stīti vaco mama ||

وَیشَمپایَن نے کہا—دانشمند اُسی کو شاستروں کا کرتار بتاتے ہیں۔ آخری نِشٹھا نارائن رِشی ہی ہے؛ اُس کے برابر کوئی دوسرا نہیں—یہ میرا قول ہے۔
