evaṁ stutaḥ sa bhagavān puruṣaḥ sarvatomukhaḥ
The verse highlights the devotional act of stuti (praise) and the conception of the Supreme as sarvatomukha—present and responsive in all directions—suggesting that sincere reverence reaches the Divine beyond spatial or sectarian limits.
Vaiśaṁpāyana narrates that after a hymn or eulogy has been offered, the Lord (the Supreme Person) is described as 'thus praised,' emphasizing the culmination of the devotees’ laudation and the Lord’s all-pervading, all-facing nature.
